Enric Sallés, New MartiDerm Chief Executive

The Martí family welcomes Enric Sallés as new chief executive of MartiDerm, a dermocosmetics company that has its origins in Josep Martí Tor's pharmacy founded in 1952.


His appointment responds to the need to consolidate the brand on the Spanish market, as well as its international expansion. 

A graduate of veterinary medicine with an executive MBA from ESADE, Enric has extensive experience in different national and international pharmaceutical firms, where he has held positions of responsibility. He will be in charge of managing the group's growth by leveraging the company's aim of "improving skin health and wellness inside and out with La Fórmula" and promoting the values of innovation, flexibility, trust and cooperation.

The MartiDerm laboratory now has more than 250 employees and business in 40-plus countries around the world accounting for over half its turnover. It has launched a strong growth project for the next four years.

MartiDerm is making a firm commitment to innovation, sustainability, digitalisation and across-the-board quality, moving the dial on improving the customer and consumer experience.

Another of Enric Sallés' medium-term objectives is sustainable growth to strengthen and consolidate the brand, its corporate values and the corporate social responsibility projects that have been a feature of MartiDerm's path since its foundation.
